Chris is the founder and Director of Aston Reach. With over 20 years of experience in transformation and hands-on AI implementation, he works with CIOs, CTOs and CFOs to align AI and change programmes to measurable business outcomes.

His background spans project and programme management, business analysis, and delivery governance across financial services, professional services, travel and the public sector. He brings the same rigour to AI adoption that he’s applied to business change throughout his career: structured, measurable, governed — and always tied to what the business is actually trying to achieve.

20+ years in transformation and hands-on AI implementation showed Chris that value comes from aligning people, process and AI around measurable business outcomes. The opportunity is enormous, however execution is the challenge.
